QUESTION:  Why should I trust your company to watch my personal belongings?

ANSWER:  Our number one goal is to make sure your belongings are kept safe.  Here are our TOP methods on how we accomplish this:
 
#1 - Your items are never left alone as they are continuously monitored by a Guardian Attendant inside of our private Marquee.
#2 - We have security cameras set up onsite that are set to record all activity.
#3 - We personally assist our customers with placing their items into our bags so that we can visually monitor everything that is being stored to ensure proper compliance with our safety policies.
#4 - We have the right to physically search the inside of all purses, back packs, and duffel bags before we accept them, in addition to using a metal detector to inspect them, to ensure that their contents comply with our safety policies.
#5 - We have also taken additional measures to protect our Guardian Attendants on a personal level in case anyone attempts to harm them; these measures are kept private for internal security purposes.
 
**Coming Soon - We will be able to provide a temperature controlled environment inside of our Marquee so that any items you have that may be prone to heat exposure, such as lip balm, deoderant, make up, etc, can avoid damages.

QUESTION: What types of events does your company offer services at?

Accepted Answer

ANSWER:  Since we are mobile-based, we have the ability to attend many various types of events, both indoors and outdoors!  Some of these events include festivals, mud runs, concerts, theatrical plays, marathons, sporting events, business conventions, car shows, monster truck rallies, and so much more!  We can set up our Marquee quickly anywhere that we are needed, so our service locations are unlimited.  We can even alter our storage abilities in order to match the needs of our clients, so there are no events that are unattainable!

QUESTION:  How can I avoid waiting in line to check in my belongings?

Accepted Answer

ANSWER:  Once we have chosen to attend an event, we will add that event to our website to inform our customers.  At that time, you can reserve a storage space by simply filling out a request form online, so that on the day of the event, you will be able to proceed directly to the PRE-ORDER area which will greatly expedite your processing.

ANSWER:  We have pioneered a unique company that provides extraordinary personal service by a team of professionals that are trained to use an intricate organizational structure to provide top notch service for our customers!
 
We believe in continual growth and adaptation to the needs of our customers & clients so that we are ever-evolving and enhancing our operations.
 
We feel very strongly about giving back to the community, so for every event we attend, we donate 10% of the gross profits earned to the charity that the event is sponsoring, or if there is not sponsored event, we select our own charity to donate the funds to.

QUESTION:  What restrictions are there regarding the items you will store?

Accepted Answer

ANSWER:  We do not allow any illegal items or weapons of any sort into our Marquee.  Our current policy is NOT to accept any items that have an individual monetary value greater than $500.00, unless the customer signs a "Hold Harmless" release waiver.

QUESTION: What happens if I don’t pick up my belongings before your company leaves the event?

Accepted Answer

ANSWER:  We always have the PICK UP time stated clearly on the informational placards that are set up onsite.  It is imperative that all customers come to gather their belongings prior to this time, because once we take down the marquee and load everything up to vacate the premises, the only way to get your items is through the US postal service.  This requires the payment for shipping on top of a penalty fee to be paid prior to us mailing out the items.  So to avoid dealing with such a hassle, it is highly recommended that all customers come on time.

Accepted Answer

ANSWER:  We have a variety of prices that keep costs low.  These are the 5 bag options we supply:
 
$5.00 MINI - 4"x4" (example: 1 or 2 key sets)
$8.00 SMALL - 6"x9" (example:  1 phone, 1 wallet, & 1 key set)
$12.00 MEDIUM - 8"x10" (example:  double the items in a SMALL bag)
$16.00 LARGE - 10"x12" (example:  small purse, or tablet, or group of multiple phones,                                                               wallets, & keys)
$20.00 - 12"x15" (example:  towel, water bottle, phone, key set, and small purse or wallet)
$25.00 - YOUR back pack or duffel bag

QUESTION:  Can I leave my back pack or bag with you?

Accepted Answer

ANSWER - Yes, definitely!  As long as there are no items that violate our policies and you understand that we have the right to search your back pack and/or duffel bag upon drop-off, then you can leave it with us for $25.00.

ANSWER - We will have clearly marked PICK UP times stated on the placards at our marquee set up.
