#1 - Your items are never left alone as they are continuously monitored by a Guardian Attendant inside of our private Marquee.
#2 - We have security cameras set up onsite that are set to record all activity.
#3 - We personally assist our customers with placing their items into our bags so that we can visually monitor everything that is being stored to ensure proper compliance with our safety policies.
#4 - We have the right to physically search the inside of all purses, back packs, and duffel bags before we accept them, in addition to using a metal detector to inspect them, to ensure that their contents comply with our safety policies.
#5 - We have also taken additional measures to protect our Guardian Attendants on a personal level in case anyone attempts to harm them; these measures are kept private for internal security purposes.
**Coming Soon - We will be able to provide a temperature controlled environment inside of our Marquee so that any items you have that may be prone to heat exposure, such as lip balm, deoderant, make up, etc, can avoid damages.
ANSWER: Since we are mobile-based, we have the ability to attend many various types of events, both indoors and outdoors! Some of these events include festivals, mud runs, concerts, theatrical plays, marathons, sporting events, business conventions, car shows, monster truck rallies, and so much more! We can set up our Marquee quickly anywhere that we are needed, so our service locations are unlimited. We can even alter our storage abilities in order to match the needs of our clients, so there are no events that are unattainable!
ANSWER: Once we have chosen to attend an event, we will add that event to our website to inform our customers. At that time, you can reserve a storage space by simply filling out a request form online, so that on the day of the event, you will be able to proceed directly to the PRE-ORDER area which will greatly expedite your processing.

ANSWER: We always have the PICK UP time stated clearly on the informational placards that are set up onsite. It is imperative that all customers come to gather their belongings prior to this time, because once we take down the marquee and load everything up to vacate the premises, the only way to get your items is through the US postal service. This requires the payment for shipping on top of a penalty fee to be paid prior to us mailing out the items. So to avoid dealing with such a hassle, it is highly recommended that all customers come on time.
