This is for the registration of one participant for The Beat The Clock Fun Run event at Woodlawn Park (1103 Cincinnati Ave, San Antonio, TX). Each paid registration includes: One valid registration, and one adult shirt.

NOTE: You may register up to four (4) additional individuals as a group for A MAXIMUM of five(5) people at a time. For additional individual registrations as a team/group, please use the "Notes" section to provide shirt sizes. We will contact you by email and/or phone for clarification (where applicable).

There are several "heats" that begin at different times. Spaces per heat are limited to twelve (12) participants. We ask that you select the preferred heat start time but also provide alternatives in the event that space is filled. If you are registering as a group, it is assumed that your group is registering for the same heat. If space is not available, the individuals in your group may not all be in the same heat. You will receive an email 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event with details confirming your start time/heat, check in information, etc.

*Anyone practicing, demonstrating, and/or playing the games as described on our website and/or any flyers and/or any presentations from us, are done so at his and/or her own risk.

*Unruly, loud, fowl language, and un-sportsman-like conduct will not be tolerated. One warning will be provided before on-site security will escort violators off premises.

*By purchasing this registration ticket, you agree to our "Photo, Video and Audio Release agreement" and agree that you may be recorded on film, video and/or other electronic recording media. You consent to such recordings and to the use by Beat The Clock or Beat The Clock Fun Run (a Guardian Event Storage LLC brand, or "the Company") of any recorded images or other media recordings of my name and likeness ("A-V Recordings") for any purpose related to furtherance of the objectives the Company. In particular, you grant the Company permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish, republish A-V Recordings, without restriction, as to changes or alterations, for art, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. Further, you understand that A-V Recordings are the property of the Company and the Company has the sole right to use, sell, license, publish, or transfer all works, or products, including all media and mechanical and electronic formats.
