This is for the registration of one child participant for The Toddler Games Freedom Fest event at Rosedale Park (303 Dartmouth St, San Antonio, TX). Each paid registration includes: One child's shirt (to be worn for the event), One adult shirt, and one valid registration for an individual child.

IMPORTANT: This registration is for ONE child and their parent/guardian/custodian ONLY. Each child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/custodian. No exception.

There are several age groups and each age group will have "heats" that begin at different times. Spaces per heat are limited. We ask that you select the preferred heat start time but also provide alternatives in the event that space is filled. You will receive an email 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event with details confirming your child's start time, check in information, etc.

*Some of the challenges may be physically challenging, so we strongly encourage all participants to please speak with a medical professional prior to the event for proper guidance & authorization to attempt them. DO NOT allow your child to attempt any games that you think may not be safe for them.

*Anyone practicing, demonstrating, and/or playing the games as described on our website and/or any flyers and/or any presentations from us, are done so at his and/or her own risk.

*Unruly, loud, fowl language, and un-sportsman-like conduct will not be tolerated. One warning will be provided before on-site security will escort adults and/or their children off premises.

*Each game of the event will be monitored by a "referee". We assume no responsibility for each child and their actions. Parents/guardians/custodians assume all responsibility for their child and must be aware of where their child is at all times.

*By purchasing this registration ticket, you agree to our "Photo, Video and Audio Release agreement" and agree that you may be recorded on film, video and/or other electronic recording media. You consent to such recordings and to the use by The Toddler Games (a Guardian Event Storage LLC brand, or "the Company") of any recorded images or other media recordings of my name and likeness ("A-V Recordings") for any purpose related to furtherance of the objectives the Company. In particular, you grant the Company permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish, republish A-V Recordings, without restriction, as to changes or alterations, for art, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. Further, you understand that A-V Recordings are the property of the Company and the Company has the sole right to use, sell, license, publish, or transfer all works, or products, including all media and mechanical and electronic formats.

*The Toddler Games (a Guardian Event Storage LLC brand) does not sell, share, or otherwise distribute any information that is collected to third parties to the extent allowable by local, state and federal laws.
